Overview

Eiffel Corp offers support for all of the products marketed, unless stated otherwise. To date we have signed support agreements with many institutions across Africa.

Where we are able to, we have our staff trained and certified. For example, Gwenda vd Merwe received her Certification status in June 2004. Gwenda has trained over a thousand lecturers in the use of WebCT (now a Blackboard product) since 1998. Gwenda is also the lead developer and project manager of Planet, now in use at close to 130 institutions around the world.

André Gouws also completed the certified trainers course in June 2008.

Blackboard Support

Blackboard also offers a basic support option that provides business-hour access to Blackboard support services. With the basic support option, target response time for initial support requests is 24 hours. For routine issues, target resolution time is 24 hours from the initial response.
