The rights of use are really simple, five rules need to be understood
and applied:

1. The license to use the material may only be used by staff employed
   by the institution and students that attend the institution.
   
   
2. The rights to use the material include providing access for the staff
   to the material. The staff may print as many workbooks and guides as
   they wish, so long as they are for internal use only.
   
   
3. The material may be customised as much as required for use by
   the institutions staff only.
   
   
4. The Planet WebCT Kit contents can be distributed in hard copy
   format, electronically or any other way the institution deems fit, so
   long as the distribution of the material occurs within the institution
   that purchased the license.
   
   
5. If the Kit is placed on a file server, the file server must be secure.
   No unauthorised access may be allowed by any individuals or organisation not part of the institution that had purchased the license.
